Villa katia has two floors joined by an interior stair. It has four quit comfort rooms and three bathrooms.

Ground floor: Has a fully equipped kitchen, sitting and dining room, a double bed bedroom and a W.C with shower.

First floor: Has a bedroom (master) with double bed and interior bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, two bedrooms with twin beds each, and a bathroom.

There are 105 sq.m verandas and balconies all with view at the swimming pool, sea and mountain.

Antipaxos Island can be easily seen on a clear weather especially from the upper balcony as well as the mountains of Epirus (the mainland). You can also watch the sun sets into the Ionian Sea and the boats from Patras sailing towards Italy.
